Shermin attended California State University Northridge, where she earned a BA in Business Administration and an MBA. In addition, she has over 15 years of experience in corporate marketing at Fortune 100 companies.

Born in Tehran and raised in Los Angeles, Shermin moved to Houston in 2016. She is a mother of 3 children, all attending classes at ICF. Shermin is a proud Iranian American and is deeply committed to the mission of passing on the Persian language, culture, and traditions to the next generation.
